Refund Policy

At Graphixly Store, we specialize in digital products — including templates, design assets, and downloadable content. Due to the nature of these items, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product file is corrupted or inaccessible
- You received the wrong item due to a technical error
- Duplicate purchase of the same product
To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support.graphixly@gmail.com with your order details and issue description.
3. No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Compatibility issues due to unsupported software or devices
- Failure to download or use the product correctly
4. Resolution Timeline
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
